Does The Champagne Train provide alcohol? All of our packages are BYOB. The Champagne Train does not provide any alcohol. We provide the mixers for the cocktails, ice, cups, and coolers. We do however offer alcohol packages from a third party vendor if you would like to have alcohol onboard when you arrive.
What if we want drinks that are not on the menu? You can choose to bring your own mixers and garnishes and our bartenders will do their best to make the drinks you would like.
Can we drop off alcohol ahead of time? We do not allow drop offs prior to your booking time.
Does the time spent in bars count toward our package time? Your package time is from pickup to drop off. This includes the time spent in bars or restaurants. How many people can fit on the bus? The bus can hold up to 23 people with a variety of seating, lounge chairs, and bar stools.
Can we add time to our package? All of our packages can be customized. Please call or email to add time on to your selected package. What is the difference between the OG package & the bottomless mimosa package? The difference between the two packages is the mixers provided. The bottomless mimosa package comes with a wider variety of juices.
Can we add/subtract the amount of people after we book? Please give us a call or respond via email to your confirmation if you would like to change the amount of people on your reservation. This can be changed at any time
Do we have to stop at your partner bars? You do not need to stop at our partner bars. We recommend stopping at them to recieve discounts and drink specials, but may go to any bar of your choosing. The bars and discounts are featured on the main page of our website. Can the pickup and drop off location be different? The pickup and dropoff location can be different. We can pick up and drop off from house address, Airbnb,restaurants, bars, ect.
Do we have to stay in Old Town Scottsdale? Our Og and Bottomless Mimosa package are based in Old Town Scottsdale, however we are flexible if you would like to go somewhere else. Please reach out to us to inquire about specific locations and determine if there will be an extra charge.
If I pay the 50% deposit, when is the remaining 50% due? The remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file on the morning of the booking date. What is your refund policy? We provide a full refund within 30 days of the reservation date and a 50% refund within 14 days of the reservation date
