1. General Terms

1.1 The Champagne Train provides luxury transportation experiences in Arizona.
1.2 Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years old. By booking with us, you confirm that you and your guests meet this requirement.
1.3 The Champagne Train reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website or an authorized representative.
2.2 A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with full payment due before the service begins.
2.3 Payments are non-refundable unless canceled within our cancellation policy window.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made within 30 days of booking date may be eligible for a 50% deposit refund.
3.2 Cancellations made 30 days or more from booking date are eligible for a 100% refund.
3.3 Cancellations within 14 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
3.4 In the event of extreme weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

4. Passenger Conduct

4.1 Guests are expected to behave responsibly while on board The Champagne Train.
4.2 No smoking or illegal substances is permitted. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
4.3 Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or interior items during their ride.

5. Liability & Indemnification

5.1 The Champagne Train is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
5.2 By using our services, you agree to release The Champagne Train, its owners, and affiliates from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the ride.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Champagne Train from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services.

6. Privacy & Data Use

6.1 We may collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required to fulfill bookings or comply with legal obligations.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 The Champagne Train reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
